Returns & Exchanges

RETURN & EXCHANGE POLICY:

To be eligible for exchange or replacement please make sure Exchange and Replacement Policies are met.

Exchange/Replacement request should be initiated with in 2 days from date of delivery by sending mail on return@weados.com

Only Exchange to a different size is free, to get replacement in a different colour or different product then additional fee will be charged.

Exchange/Replacement will be processed only once the products are received in our warehouse

We follow strict Quality Control Procedures before shipping the products, In case if the product is damaged then the return shipment will remain our responsibility.

Items sold in sale will not be eligible  for return/exchange.

Exchange is possible only once per order and can not be opt in multiple times.

Cost of return shipping is borne by Customer.

The return is the customer’s responsibility until it reaches our Warehouse.

Products must be unused & packed in original packing with tags intact.

Product must be unwashed & unworn (No distinct odor, no stains, signs of wear, damaged etc.).

REFUNDS:
Refunds will be made to the same form of payment originally used for the purchase within 7-12 working days. Please note that refund payment times are dictated by the issuing bank and are outside our control. Please consult your bank for more information. There are no charges for returns. Please note that we are unable to issue refunds through cash or cheque. We are unable to provide refunds for products that are damaged due to negligence towards Wash Care instructions not being followed as per wash care label. If an item is returned that does not comply with our Returns Policy, we will not approve and process the refund. We reserve the right to not return an item which does not comply with our Returns Policy. Please contact our Customer Care team to enquire about the validity of your return if you are unsure.
